Building digital growth inside ecommerce

Ecommerce · Acquisition · Analytics

Illustration of two brown paper grocery bags filled with bread, leafy greens, carrots and bananas on a kitchen island, with loose broccoli, apples, a lemon and cherry tomatoes beside them, a fabric tote bag, and a smartphone showing a generic online grocery shopping app with produce pictures and a green button.

Challenge

A fast-growing online grocery business needed to connect digital behaviour, customer acquisition and commercial performance — and build stronger in-house digital capability to do it.

My role

Worked across digital acquisition, ecommerce, analytics, SEO/SEM and performance, helping develop internal digital capabilities.

What changed

  • — Acquisition, product experience and commercial performance treated as one connected system.
  • — Stronger internal capability in analytics and performance marketing.

What this demonstrates today

An early, practical understanding of how customer behaviour, product experience and revenue connect — the foundation of every product decision since.
