Digital product · Subscription · Global rollout

Challenge

Recipes had always been part of the Thermomix experience. The opportunity was to turn that traditional asset into a scalable digital product and a recurring customer proposition across markets.

My role

Evolved across product, digital experience, international expansion and the global recipe business, with product portfolio responsibility.

What changed

  • — Content repositioned as product — with a subscription model at its core.
  • — International market rollout of Cookidoo.
  • — Substantial growth of the recipe portfolio.
  • — Coordination of global teams across product, ecommerce and mobile.

Business impact

  • Cookidoo launched and scaled internationally as a paid subscription product.

What this demonstrates today

The ability to transform an existing business asset into a digital product people pay for — and to scale it internationally.
